Blista Compact is by far the best car, reasonably quick and the handling is great

Plus its easy to do the 360 reverse turn in it, which impresses a few people in Multiplayer ;) :p
 
Did anyone else who's got to the Times Square-equivalent place stop and stare at the screen for a while? This game continues to amaze me.

Me? I always used to spawn a hydra in SA just to even fly from one point to another on the same island.

The police helicopter is pretty good for getting around fast, but i'd still love a plane.

Never know, since they can add additional content through xbox live it could still be possible.
 
Anyone else GTA looks very blurry and very unlike the video here - http://www.gametrailers.com/player/33469.html, i cannot understand it, the shadows look to have very jagged edges and am afraid to say do not look at all impressive, whereas on a friends SDTV they are crisp and sharp, its as though the game thinks i'm running at SD and upscaling it all.
I am using a Dell 2407 24" screen, Xbox is set to 720p, and have never had this problem before, anyone else experienced something similar?

Have you already grabbed the weapons that are lying around the map? I'm not sure if they ever respawn but I've picked up a pistol and a bat pretty close to the starting safe house.

You may have a while to wait. It hasn't even been confirmed as coming to PC and considering R* didn't release their last two major games on PC either then they could well be moving away from it as a platform.

Probably looks blurry as you are letting the Dell upscale it from 720p - unless you are doing something really daft and running it in a box in the middle of the screen.

Can you not run it at 1080 - either interlaced or progressive - the xbox will do a better job of upscaling it to 1080 than your dell does, I bet.

Bah it's ook, but like a honda CRX with some VTEC y0. But pretty poor top speed if I remember.

still great handling though, bit like a go kart.
