This match seems pretty open, with a lot of slipping over (it has been raining an awful lot!), bound to be some howlers.

How is Welbeck still playing football at the highest level? Indeed how has he managed to play most of his career at this level?

He’s a striker who barely scores and has the touch of a 65 year old....

He was running across the defender so he was obviously going to land in the box, absolutely no way of telling from the angle we saw that it happened in the box so the original decision should've stood. Another officiating error for me.

That foul probably didn't carry on into the area (the line being classed as in the area) but there's no way you can be certain from the replays to overturn the decision. I wouldn't mind if they were consistent with whatever approach they take but they're just making it up as they go along. Take Utd's first goal vs West Ham, the ball almost certainly went out but there was no way VAR could say for certain so they stayed with the decision, today however 'probably' was enough.
