Who cares if City spent more money?! This is not and has never been a league of equal resources. liverpool spent more money than City when they were successful in the past. Totally ridiculous arguement based in bitterness.

If that’s the case they should just scrap FFP then as it’s clearly not working.

Comparing football finances in the 80’s to now is one of the largest leaps I’ve seen on here :D
 
Pathetic attempt? Yeah ok...you can use net spend if you like, either way, I was talking about what you've spent.

This is why I'm delighted City won the league, Liverpool fans are insufferable. They are already making excuses. I hope they get battered in the final too but they won't, I can see them comfortably winning that despite Klopps record

Okay, you use either metric and they aren’t even close before wages are considered

Shows up at the business end of the season to talk up city winning and complains about being insufferable, never mind your contextless jibe of klopps record in finals :)

FFP only works to maintain the status quo. They absolutely should scrap it.

This bitterness from Liverpool fans on this board is hilarious. Congratulate the team and move on to beating Spurs (which you will do) on resources significantly in excess of Spurs'
 
I think Liverpool need to speak to Arsenal fans. I wonder how many Arsenal fans take solace in the fact Wenger's net spend was low.

I don’t support Liverpool and I haven’t seen anyone being bitter to be honest, many of their fans have congratulated City and said the better team edged it...
