The best side always wins the league correct? So City deserved to win it last year correct? If Aguero hadn't scored that goal and we finished with more points and won the league we'd of deserved it correct?

Again one last time the best side always wins the league so as City did indeed win the league last season they did of course deserve it.

But Aguero did score that goal so what on earth is the point of saying if he didn't because as I have said you can go back and say if he didn't do this or this didn't happen.

The team that scores the most, concedes the least and beats their closest rivals deserves to win the league I think which is why I didn't agree with your post.This hasn't happened this year but does in most other leagues and previous years.

This happened last year and we won the league, Yes if Aguero hadn't of scored and we would have drawn 2-2 we wouldn't have won it but then again if Rooney hadn't of scored either we would have won it.
Let's just leave it as its off topic now really.

Because those were the fine margins you won your title by, you scored the goal so you deserved the title if you didn't score the goal though then we'd of won the league and we'd of deserved to have done so.

What I find amazing Biz is of the two sets of fans it's only you that's tried to downplay the others title win, I never even hinted that City didn't deserve to win the title last season and yet you've read what you wanted to read and have since thrown a paddy about it. Maybe you should stick to only posting when City win if you're going to create this kind of **** storm through your inability to read.

Downplay? I came on here in good faith and posted a nice post I thought congratulating? I didn't post page after page of dubious goals, decisions, signings and so on that I could have done to try and prove a point. Just a simple message.

I never suggested you didn't say we didn't deserve it because I know you as I did posted a message last season. I just didn't agree with your post that had Aguero not scored it would have meant utd won the league and so you would have deserved to win. I think it is difficult to argue that although we had the same points utd were better than us.
You don't agree and that is fine yet you won't seemingly take my point on board that I think that us scoring the most, conceding the least and beating our closest rivals twice quite comfortably should mean we deserved to win the title and that it wasn't just Aguero scoring his goal that meant we won it and in your opinion deserving winners.

Ok now we're going somewhere else in this little merry go round then, you're saying that had City drew 2-2 with QPR which would have then meant we won the title we wouldn't of deserved it? Because if that is what you're saying then no I don't agree, you could have scored 100 goals, conceded 0 and beat us 10-0 twice had it ultimately meant you finished with less points then all of that would have been irrelevant.

Ultimately the team that finishes with the most points deserves to win the league thats a fact, its only when teams can't be separated by points does GD or head to head records come into any sort of relevancy (and yes just to reiterate one more time as City were better than us in that criteria last season they did then deserve to win the league)

EDIT: the almost perfect example of the above is this seasons La Liga, Real Madrid & Barcelona have played one another 4 times overall this season with the two drawing twice and Madrid winning twice (so no doubt who has the edge in the head to head there) further more the difference in GD between the two is fairly minimal (8 goals in it IIRC) which could easily become closer given the form Barca are in at the moment so lets say for arguments sake after 38 games GD is equal or in Madrid's favour as will be the head to head record is anyone going to then say they deserve the title more than Barcelona regardless of the actual points difference between the two?

Even Ben Thatcher's challenge on Mendes only received an 8 game ban.

I'm glad they've made an example of him because biting someone is just, well, ****ing ridiculous.
