Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [21st - 26th October 2011]

A famous victory? A club with rich owners that has spent millions wins at home against a team with 9 men, It's not much of an achievement compared to the results you see every week from other teams.. Like Norwich at Anfield yesterday...

I don't really know what you lot are complaining about. Other than maybe the first red card, I think the ref got most things right. Chelsea were throwing themselves all over the place in the second half looking for a penalty, none of the shouts were even close to an actual pen.

Having said that, Chelsea played very well with nine men and were unlucky not to score, though QPR should have been better imo.

Dont really understand all the love for "brave" chelsea TBH.

First red was debatable. 2nd wasnt.

Its easy to look good when the team you are playing are happy with the current scoreline.

The ref was responsible for the goal against us unlike the six you lot let in. :p

What was it, ah yes, Balotelli 22, Balotelli 60, Aguero 69, Dzeko 90, Silva 90+1, Dzeko 90+3 :D

How was the ref responsible for the goal? Luiz stupidly pushed Helguson in the back, the ref had no choice. Rather than blaming the ref maybe you should blame Luiz. And yes, thanks, we're perfectly aware we got well and truly thumped against City, at least we're not trying to blame the ref

Dropped points but chelsea showed a tonne of character and looked the better side even with only 9 men on the pitch.
