Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [23rd - 28th September 2011]

If you want to see some real penalty injustice, check the one that was just given against QPR. Annoyingly Gary Neville is a really good commentator :(

He reminds me of Solskjaer in terms of being in the right place at the right time and also had a decent finish, but individual brilliance? I don't think he's capable of that.. I don't think I've seen him score an individual goal where all the work hasn't been done for him.

/prepares flame suit for lynching.

...what.

Here are two:

Feel sorry for Warnock there, made an amazing last ditch challenge and Dunne slots anyway :p

Saying that, Villa have looked woeful going forward all game really, how they haven't scored on the counter is

N'Zogbia looked dire again which is worrying - definately seems to have liked being a big fish in a small pond.

You said you hadn't seen goals where the work wasn't all done for him

Well there you go.

He did what 90% of capable strikers can do? Weren't you taught at school to take a touch and shoot? If they're his best goals then my point completely stands. He's finished a move, that is all I see. I did say he was a good finisher which he has done in both goals.

I don't think you're understanding.

Neither of those goals were exactly finishing off chances set up for him, both goals were created by himself, his touch taking the ball away from the defenders and finishing. The Argentina goal in particular was a brilliant turn and a stunning finish. You're telling me 90% of capable strikers could have done that? You're talking **** then.

Yes. It's always like talking to a brick wall with you so you'll never take anyone else's opinion into account but hey ho.

Last comment about it.

Yes, sorry I forgot to Leeds fans all United players seem to be wildly overrated, Hernandez does things that 90% of capable strikers can do and Anderson is the worst midfielder in the world

Perhaps you haven't seen him play much? Seems odd that professionals/commentators/pundits all rave about Hernandez no?

Not exactly criticism, I was merely agreeing with Stewy that he isn't as good as people make out. Someone also agreed with me (Not sure if Man U fan)

Why bring LUFC into it? It's comments like that is probably why people don't post an opinion because it's who we support. Stop being so childish and accept other people's opinions.
