You started saying that the other day, that he misses the target far too much, because in ONE GAME he didn't hit the target with every shot, so what? He was brilliant in that game and you arbitrarily took his worst stat in that one game and assumed it was normal for him, which it isn't.

I checked it the other day but forgot to post, IIRC its around 100 shots for rooney, 40 on target, 11 goals, and Berbatov was 90-95 shots, 42 on target, 20 goals was it.

So by this arbitrary, he misses the target too much, he should start ahead of Rooney then?

well I thought I actually said that he misses his chances - rather than missing the target totally which is totally different things

I still dont think he is good enough for Utd - and for the record well done for allowing for the fact it was Rooney's worst season (with one or two months out of contention) compared to Berba's best - whether the latter scored 1/4 of those goals in one match........we shall just brush over all those matches where Berba completely disappeared (when Rooney was out)
