Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [27th September - 1st October 2014]

Jesus, awful, and Flamini has been dire in the past 5 minutes. Couple mins ago Adebayor "controlled" the ball by heading it by Flamini. Flamini was like 90% favourite to take the ball at that point but rather than just chest it and take it forward he waited and let Adebayor(who has done almost nothing in this game) win it back from him. Then he got beaten again, and again, and again.

Flamini isn't good enough and can only play half a season, Arteta is now even worse than Flamini and seemingly even more injury prone, that is who we went into the season with as our DM's, a crucial position we've needed to fix for 6-7 years. :(

EDIT:- wow, how the hell did he keep that out.
 
As a Spurs fan I delight in the goal and then realise we have Rose, Kaboul, Vertonghen and Naughton at the back, with Adebayor defending set pieces...FML

The ref has been awful this game, this is just another example of his prissy petty style for small things (while missing the big things)
 
Kyle Naughton lucky, he pulled his arms in just in time- it wasn't a pen but standing in the area with your arms spread is a recipe for disaster normally
 
Well the hilarious thing about that was Welbeck's miss, which someone has to vine and post every single week. But Arsenal have been utterly awful and it took Lamela completely screwing up a clearance to actually generate some space in an attack for once.

OX has been dire, absolutely dire, a tap in doesn't change that. He moves well, he tries the right things but without any quality.

But that Welbeck miss, even the commentator couldn't help chuckling at it, it was magnificent.
 
Kaboom is a one man defence at the moment

Adebayor is never available for an out ball... lazy dollop
