If Wenger was a manager who took over in the past couple years and hadn't built the entire team himself from top to bottom then maybe it wouldn't be his fault. The complete lack of good defensive work from the midfield, the obvious weaknesses of Mert when he bought him, the fact that he paid a hefty fee for a questionable player in Debuchy, even more money on the even more questionable Chambers and repeatedly giving the woeful Gibbs new contracts while successfully buying crap left backs season over multiple seasons.

Yes the players are making mistakes, but the same mistakes they make most games, Southampton are punishing Arsenal, not all teams do. We've played the same crap football in 9 out of 10 games this season with a bunch of lucky results against mostly not very good teams.
