Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [4th April - 8th April 2014]

Just a reminder of the turd we used to play while he was here, it's like night and day.

Meh he was put in a **** situation, he tried his best when on the pitch albeit a bit clumsy and he knocked the bitters out of the cup which was my first trip to Wembley to see Liverpool, I'll always like him unless he turns vile.

Also his tweet makes me like him further :D

We were unlucky not to get something today against this seasons champions

Not the best Liverpool performance but the points are what matter.

West Ham away is a tough fixture though, i wouldn't have been surprised to see Liverpool draw the game tbh.

Shows how determined they are to win the title West ham and Sunderland threw the kitchen sink at them and they got through it.

They are under massive pressure to perform now as any mistake might cost them the title. It's different for Chel$ea and $ity as they have won it recently where as Liverpool have not won it in 24 years and the fans believing they can win it now is putting them under massive pressure.

The fans are more so just enjoying it, this season has been an absolutely unbelievable success if we finish third or higher. Plenty of pressure on City and Chelsea, spent a metric ****tonne of money and Chelsea generally **** off any manager that doesn't win a trophy (league of CL).

Then again you have to take advantage of the situation you're given and to not finish second now would be a little crap if we ran out of steam, certainly have the hardest games though, City/Chelsea/Palace.

Wouldn't be surprised if we won every game and lost the title drawing/losing to Norwich after the absolute spankings we've gave them.

Norwich sack Chris Hughton.
He's done well to have avoided the sack for as long as he has so not surprised really. The bottom 7 had all sacked their manager bar Norwich.

They spent decent money for a team of their size in the summer and haven't got the results.

Got a game against Fulham next week which is a must win really as their last 4 games are Liverpool, United, Chelsea and Arsenal!! So must be hoping for a new manager bounce for that game otherwise they are in big trouble.

If Liverpool can beat City and get at least a point against Chelsea they will win. It's the City match they need to get three points from though. I can't see City losing again all season.

We'd still need City to at least draw one more of their remaining games and looking at their fixtures you're relying on Everton and maybe Palace to do that.

I still think we may have to win all our games to win the title.

I think we are risking it on the new manager effect (regardless of who it is) for the Fulham game.

I'm at Cravan Cottage next week... could be very depressing.
