Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [5th - 9th December 2014]

Argh, Giroud.

Great ball, crap header from Giroud :( Missed the first 2 mins so haven't seen the goal yet, seemed like commentators said Bellarin and someone else didn't do well for the goal?

West Brom missed a penalty, haven't seen the replay but it looked pretty far towards the corner, first thoughts were great save rather than awful penalty.

Chambers mostly at fault.

Edit: Thats about the 3rd time their wingers have had the beating of Gibbs / Bellarin, not a good sign.

Cazorla hitting the ball from 25 yards, again.

When was the last time he scored? Christ you think somebody would have a word with him and Ramsey and tell them to tone down the champagne football a bit until their form returns.

Well, one of the reason Ramsey's form got better was he stopped shooting from outside the box for the most part, this season he's been blasting them in all over, Cazorla's shooting from range has always been dire even though that shot was closer than normal.

The booing of Ramsey, seriously, it's beyond pathetic. Booing a guy for having the temerity of what, not drinking enough milk so his leg bone wasn't strong enough? Arsenal fans don't boo Shawcross though you could understand the logic behind it as in, we dislike Shawcross because he broke our players leg... but the reverse, we hate you because our player broke your leg..... seriously?

EDIT:- lol, I posted right before he took a freekick from miles away where he shot as well...... even further out, wtf is wrong with both him and Wenger. As a manager I would be fining him for shooting outside the box. How on earth as a manager and from training does Cazorla not know to not ever attempt that freekick. Another case of watching the team, learning nothing, changing nothing. I would bet almost any other manager would basically tell Cazorla to never shoot outside the box and pretty much scream at him if and when he does and the player would have stopped doing it.

There could have been 20 minutes stoppage time but the situation would have been the same because things were happening outside the four lines that the referee couldn't control. The referee can't punish the ball boy who disappeared with the ball, the referee couldn't punish the people in the crowd who kept the ball. I'm not obsessed with records and statistics, that's not for me, I want to win the league."

Not a happy one.

And Stoke

Cazorla is killing me already. Dances around in the middle of the park for no ****ing reason, gets in trouble and then passes it straight into trouble.
