Johnson's not actually been totally garbage recently, much bigger issues with the team than him.

Still don't think its the right/great team to pick but whatever, get this over with and attempt to do some revision after while inevitably angry at how **** we were

I think there's a lot more question marks over Utd's side/squad. I don't think many of Utd's side are long term answers if Utd want to challenge at the very top in terms of winning Leagues and CL's. Nobody knows whether De Gea's staying, there's question marks over the fitness and ability of most if not all your defence, Carrick's age & fitness, will Di Maria still be at Utd, Fellaini and maybe even Mata's suitability long term, fitness & form of RvP/Falcao.

I don't disagree generally, there are plenty of issues to be fixed. It's not the same situation as Chelsea but at least to LVG it'll be clear what needs improving.

With the Chelsea remark I'm trying to say that LVG has come in, like Mourinho, and has now had the chance to properly analyse the entire squad in detail and now we can move on from there. I think we'll need 5 or 6 players in total, Depay is a good start - we're lacking pace in attack (and quality in general).

I do hope with more suitable creative players we won't focus as much on possession, at least not until we're a goal or two up, then it's fine to starve the other team of the ball. Having your defenders pass it between them isn't really creating any chances. :p

He has been bad enough to point he shouldn't start, but I'm getting more annoyed with Rodgers choices lately

How is nearly winning the league the same as scrapping into the CL by the skin of your teeth? its not and the 2 arent

Yes lets play a RB at LB thats not going to be here next season, its mind bogglingly retarded and just about sums up everything thats wrong with the current management set up, throw a static stiker uptop on his own and it just compounds the **** team selection.

Before the game vs us you had won something like 7 out of the last 8 games (and still drew the other game)

So yes you were playing well upto that point

Playing well? That's debatable, we wouldn't have had to constantly rely on someone scoring Goal of the month/season contenders from outside the box if we were playing well.

We have Lucas and Allen on the bench? Okay team selection is possible one of the worst ever :D
