Both goals and every clear chance bar one came down our left from either Suarez losing the ball in our half by trying a flick or one touch lay off or from Johnson being isolated when Suarez was caught forward.

You could see the problem within 10 minutes and for it to take 70 minutes and to blow a 2 goal lead was plain stupid.

I'll take a 2-1 loss, our forums are lighting up and raving about the second half performance, haven't seen anything yet just hope its a good sign for saturday! Need to beat Wigan and try to pull away from the bottom few.

That will happen no matter Suarez plays, it is the nature of the beast that is Luis Súarez! He will try flicks, and sometimes the don't come off and Johnson will ALWAYS bomb ahead of his team mate, he is that sort of player. Hopefully having Enrique back and Johnson back on his native right will do wonders for our defence, we looked a lot tighter with both them playing in there proper positions.

I tell you what though, ALL of our CB's (excluding Jamie) need to go balls to the wall when challenging balls in the air, allowing too many people dominate them in the air! It's not that they CAN'T do it, they have done if for a few seasons now, need to refind that grit they had.

Can't remember the percentage but Srktel won a stupid amount of aerial challenges last season and Aggers never really been weak in the air but we look like conceding from every set piece.

Suarez trying flicks and tricks are fine. When he plays up top or off the front he's doing them 20 yards from their goal, not 20 yards from our goal. Within minutes of taking the lead Walcott had a great chance to equalise as a direct result of Suarez trying to nutmeg somebody half way inside our half.

Suarez's performance from an attacking sense I have no problem with, I don't think it would have been much different had he started in Henderson's position though. My issue was the system. Suarez on the left of a 3 left us completely exposed down that side and it's no surprise that Arsenal targetted it. Rodgers recognised the issue and made the change but it was far too late.

It's simply complacency. Neither Coates or Carra (until now) are close to challenging either Skrtel or Agger and they've (Skrtel mainly) have become comfortable in their position.

Agger didn't even get touched/close to it, he just completely misjudged the one for the goal, that said the amount of other headers that big oaf had and mertesacker is ridiculous, just let them do what they wanted.
