Woop, hope the kaido races are back! Shame about the cockpit view to be honest, always found it very well done in GRID, trying to see through a shattered windscreen was fantastic immersion.

Looks nice, has made me want to fire GRID 1 up for another go as I never really got my teeth into it as there were always other games coming out at the same time.

Great fun multiplayer online and on a LAN.
 
Not on an arcade racer. Sim I would, but not something like Grid or Dirt.

It's not a small amount of work to put detailed and accurate high-res cockpit views in for every single car (particuarly if you have lots of cars), and it doesn't add more gameplay. I'd rather have actual game features to be honest. It'll still have a bonnet view if that's how you drive.
 
I remember playing GRID 1 it was so fun, If they have controller support on PC i will be buying :)

This, it's an arcade game. I don't really use cockpit view so I'm probably biased but I would rather they spend the time and resources on other aspects of the game.
 
Why would they not have controller support?

I played GRID with a wireless 360 pad.
