Perfectly normal to see lines in wet/condensation. But yes that’s where scratches can develop so keep an eye out.

The spare tire air pressure was not adjusted to the proper pressure as stated on the Tire Pressure Label.
The Problem
A spare tire that is not inflated to the proper value may not perform as intended, increasing the risk of a crash.
Yup, in the end it was over 20 hours of phonecalls, half dozen visits to the dealership, 3 hire cars over 3 weeks. Over 15 members of staff involved of which 8 were supposedly management, all because a sponge had broken off a plastic clip....
That must have been so frustrating. I think I would have learnt Japanese and given Mr Uchiyamada a call. (I googled the Toyota chairman's name)
Noticed my first proper fault today...
The light in the driver's side heated seat switch has died. Not good enough Japan!
Recall can be done at any dealer luckily, assuming RRG Macc will have a very long waiting list so I'm aiming to get it done and combined with my 6 year service Aug/Sept time and get a few other parts swapped out while the engine is out. Part of the agreement for their screwup was to have the 6 year service paid for by them but now thanks to the recall I negotiated it to yr7 and yr8 at any Toyota dealer and they'll pay for it.
