If its something reasonable like 3 weeks or so wait after consoles, I'll wait.
If not looks like I'm bucking up and buying it for Xbox. As much as I hate console Grand Theft Auto is one of those games you need on launch.
Regards to people thinking IV was a flop, I really liked it. But I do agree in the sense it was "simple" and not as fun. You have to think of it as an investment though. Just like GTA III, IV was a new generation engine for the 360/PS3 and all the physics etc. had to be built from ground up. But now in GTA V's case the engine is already built, they just had to add a **** tonne of new features like properties and vehicles (Vice City/SA).
