GTX 1070 - any takers?

lol screw that - I might pickup an aftermarket OC model for £380 max anything higher and I'd feel like a right mug.
 
Maybe wrong on this but I see those who don't really care about the cost would have grabbed a 1080 but those who are after price and performance would be looking at a 1070 but I doubt they will at the prices I have seen quoted.
 
**** off nvidia, and that's the first time I've really felt that way about the green team, been supporting nvidia for the best part of 15 years but they are taking the pee now, really hope the 480 is a runaway success, I'll be buying one for my secondary machine and I don't even really need it.
 
I don't know how anybody thought they were going to be cheaper than that. With the ridiculous price of the 1080 of course the 1070 was going to be much more expensive than the 970 it replaces. That's yet another card that's hopelessly out of reach for me. Just have to hope that AMD gives us something to compete with it at a lower price later in the year. Gaming on a pc is getting ridiculously expensive. :(
