Your wrong,Even if you have 3 Titans the core will run out first as its mirrored in the same way as the Vram. I know this from having 2x690's i ran out of vram before i even maxxed out the stock clocks.Let me simplify the maths for you (Yes I know they don't scale like this, but let me entertain..).
1 Titan = 100% GPU power and 6GB Vram.
2 Titans = 200% GPU power and 6GB shared Vram
3 Titans = 300% GPU power and 6GB shared Vram.
In other words, 1 titan will probably run out of GPU power before running out of Vram, but as 3 titans are triple the GPU power, they might run out of Vram before they run out of GPU power.
Get it?
Yes your right what i meant to say was if you have 2 cards in sli with different memory then the lower card will be used which is the same for both camps.Nonsense. Sli and crossfire use vram in exactly the same way. Its YOU that needs to read up on how graphic cards work and dont be so quick to cause offense. Both my 780 sli setup and my7970 crossfire set up only used 3gb of vram as both mirror vram in the same way.
Umm? Your post makes no sense. If you sli 2 cards you get more gpu power. So if you have 2 6gb cards you could in fact use more then 3gb of ram before you run out of gpu grunt.
Dont matter your never ever going to use 6GB of ram...not with the core clock speeds of today.
At the end of the day i told you a fully fledged Titan will be released which i knew long ago from inside sources.
