We might see a preview event for E3 week, they did that for the original. Don't think they are planning to launch this year.

Underwater cities??
Yippee !! I've always loved underwater zones in MMOs and always found it such a pity that so many MMOs just dont do anything with underwater, just have it as basically wasted space with some mobs in sometimes. Sounds like they are doing a bit more with the underwater areas with cities and npcs and so forth down there.

nice underwater video.. cannot wait for this game it looks awsome.

It collapsed long ago, it was so awesome when it was 1-2 years old, so many people bustling in the towns, now you're lucky to find 10 people in one place :/ Most small towns you occasionally spot one person passing through and that's about it.
Its a shame really as its a good game, And now that there's no one around its harder to find people for missions :/

Judging by the fact that Beta will apparently open later this year, it might be released early 2011?
Guild Wars hasnt collapsed, there are still loads of people playing.
They just dont hang around in dead outposts though. Go to Kamadan, LA, Gtob, Embark beach, or a PVP outpost and they are full with loads of people.
Theres too many outposts in the game and most people only play through the PVE campaigns once.
Thats why they added Zaishen daily quests, thats what the pug community do everyday. For regular missions most people play them solo with heroes now. In GW you need to find a large active PVE alliance if you enjoy grouping, and even then you will still hae to use AI because you will only get a few people wanting to do the same content.
Its still a far better system than other MMOs are where you can end up spending hours just to make one group.

I've noticed a few people in Kamadan but its not as full as it used to be.
I made a new character a while back and just got back into it and I started in Proph and trying to do the missions there but there's no one there to do them with. I know there's Hench but they're not always the best
