Guild Wars 2

Leveling is much too fast though, while getting my amour crafting from 350 to 400 i gained 2 and a half charactor levels. Kinda pushing me put of the area i was questing in.

Crafting XP scales with level. Going from 1-400 in any profession will always net you exactly 10 levels worth of XP.

I wouldn't say it's too easy, as most professions cost a fair amount of gold to get from 1-400.

There's only really Cooking that can be done relatively cheaply (around 2.5-3g to max), the rest cost around 7-9g to top out.

You can start the story in Lions arch, you talk to an NPC in the center area (where there is the big lion statue) and he gives you a device which is powered by candy corn to start the first part of the story (where you have to hunt for certain ghosts who will tell you bit of the story and a clues to the other locations). All of the locations are quite low, I can't remember the levels myself but you only need lions arch, kessex hills, gandaren fields and queensdale.

I'm not sure about the dungeons or the jumping puzzle stuff yet.

i did Act 1 and there is one last bit where u need to be a level 30+ character. So no noobs can really do this on there own.

i did it once iwth my level 30 char and halfway through the 2nd time of doing it with my guild members who we are all low level 5-6 chars only

Great game but it divides opinion.

For story and levelling engagement it's miles ahead of anything. Pvp it's arguably the best on the market. Endgame pve whilst unique and fun is a small part of the game and not great if you like the wow raiding approach.

Ah nah I only really level. Even when I played wow, it was only to get to the highest level.

Cheers.
Dungeons in this game are fun, you can do one (all 3 paths) in around 90/120 minutes, which gives you 180 tokens, plus around 1 gold in drops, sometimes the drops can get you up to 2/3 gold.

Ofc taking it you doing it in a guild run, pugs can be a nightmare.

Really starting to get into dungeon runs now. I've not really bothered touching them until now (even though i've been lv80 for weeks), but I've picked out a nice armour combo I want and now I'm working towards the tokens to get it :D

I've been mainly hitting CM, these past few nights, but going to be moving on to CoE and Arah soon.

I'm so bored of this game. I think I stopped playing at level 26... haven't had the urge (or even willpower) to play for about a month now. I guess nothing BIG came of this game for me as I hoped it would.

I don't find the PvE side that interesting, it not really much difference then other MMOs, just packaged differently. The dynamic events are the best bit. I generally run around and do the daily then stop doing PvE and go back to PvP.

I've been doing that too. CM'd enough to get the boots I wanted (knee high's on my female ranger, oooer!). Got my CoF exotic gloves too although everyone and their dog seems to want to have the CoF armour. I just wanted the gloves.

So I'm currently running a female Norn ranger with a Troopers headpiece (hidden, but apparently rare skin), Troopers shoulders (again, hidden). Order of Whispers coat (looks more like a dress), Norn Wolfborn legs (they look like suspenders!), CoF exotic gloves/armguards and CM exotic boots.

All dyes either Celestial and Abyss or Spitfire and Abyss.

Can you believe I got a Celestial dye on a drop and the Abyss dye came from an unidentified dye purchase (x10) of the TP? Quality!
