I had that earlier on as well mate.. Witcher kept desyncing to the point he was invisible to me, even though he was standing next to me, I also had invisible Zs hitting me.

Might have been my connection as Witcher was fine.
 
Where can I find weapons? Are they just randomly stored in cabinets etc? In the 5 hours or so of playing this game I have not found any weapons (or ammo). Been running around all over the place searching everything I can :p
 
Well I streamed for about 3 hours tonight.

Got lost, made my own bow eventually and died to some smack-talking butt fudgers a few times.

Performance has certainly improved and it looks fairly decent, they just need to fill out the game with more content, stop the bunny hopping barstewards who bounce and shoot with any weapon and make zombies more threatening.

It'll take time but early signs are promising

I'd like to know this too!! And where to get a rucksack. Can find car batteries, spot lights spark plugs etc bug no weapons and nothing to carry anything much in:(
 
There are some weapon cache's in the police stations in both of the main towns. I found a pistol and some ammo in one of them. Also found an axe in the firestation.

Also have found rucksacks in houses mainly, they seem fairly common.
 
I've still yet to find some loot within a container, even on a low population server. I did kill a zombie which dropped a loot bag containing a multitude of items, including an (empty) AR-15. I just need some damned ammo! Apparently zombies that drop loot are former players. Interesting if true!

I know you can contract H1Z1 by using it on yourself. Incidentally, I found a syringe containing a compound which is said to treat the virus.

Most places.

I've found AR15s in bathrooms on sinks, at the police station weapons locker in the basement and a few other places.

I've found pistols in the locker cabinets in apartment blocks and stuff.

Everything is usually bare when I get there. I can easily find canned food, water etc but struggle to find clothes (to rip up and turn into a backpack), weapons and ammo.

Usually some player decides to kill me if they see me with a hammer or something :rolleyes:
 
So how large is the map and city’s compared to let’s say Chenarus, one thing that would put me off would be if it’s made specifically to keep players close.

Some of the best encounters I’ve had is when totally unexpectedly running into people in some remote town or part of the map, will be hard to have that if the maps so small you know people are around every corner.
