Half-Life 3 Rumour Mill

alyx 2 would be amazing but half life 3 would blow the b****y doors off especially after 20 years :D

Surely its one of those things now where its not worth doing for the publisher - could a game ever live up to the hype that HL3 would have?

the walkers are literally the last challenge. i appreciate it's probably cheating but if you want to get through it just do a bit of save scumming after each successful AND QUICK kill. If it's not quick then reload. also, hit the little walker things with the car, don't try to shoot them, it's quicker.

thanks for the tips ;) did play them all when they came out and finished multiple times but never could be bothered with the achievements.

Hated all the walkers at the end, was over the moon when I finally beat them.

Hoping for a conclusion to the cliffhanger ending of episode 2.

i cannot remember the ending so that is why im going to finish it again :D yes i could watch a video but now someone has pointed out i can ram them walkers with the car im not letting them pesky things off the hook :cry:

Striders are literally the last enemy and yes they're tough use cover as much as possible and find/use the unlimited rocket ammo crate. Don't hang about in full view or you're not going to last long watch their firing cycle they rapid fire then have a cool down period then start up again jump up when they're in teh down cycle let off a rocket and head for cover again. Wash, rinse repeat
