Well, at least with star citizen you can actually play it, where as HL 3 haven't even started making it yet

I've heard the same about The Elder Scrolls 6 aka "Skyrim 2" it'll never get made the level of expectation is too high, etc. Except it will Microsoft will insist on it and if it doesn't perform, well it won't be the first studio they've closed!

Not believing anything until I here it from Valve but would be a good time for a HL3 I guess. 20 years since HL2 release, HL2 getting a RT make over gives the newer generation of gamers a chance to play HL2 in prep for 3 etc
