The 2007 and 2008 cars designed by the Japanese were firmly at the back of the pack and an embarrassment, hence why Ross Brawn was hired. RB moved across late in 2007 - too late to have any significant input into the 2008 car. The 2009 Brawn car was the essentially the work of his design team at Honda.

3 teams had double diffusers at the start of the 2009. Honda spent 2 years on the 2009 car.

sad to see people slating MSC here, he is without a doubt one of the best drivers in the world. Ok so hes not all that great atm, but this is a guy with a massive track record and used to tear up the opposition on a weekly basis due to his sheer talent.
as for Hamilton, cant say iv ever liked him due to his ego so maybe this move will knock him down a peg or two.
