hope hes okay, top bloke is hammond. class presenter. seems like a good guy.

btw cant see why this has been moved to motors just cos he presesnts a car program. he also presents brainiac and has his own show, both which having nothing to do with motors :confused:

As long as he's stable and responding to stimuli, and as he is now coming in and out of consciousness a week or so in ICU and I'm sure he'll be back to business soon. The BBC will look after him - he won't be short of top quality medical care. Everything is crossed. Come on Hamster!!

I am surprised though that H&S and the BBC's Insurance company's allow things like this at times. Granted we dont know any details of the crash yet. But I would have thought some of this stuff verges on the edge of caution at times for presenters.

He's an utter top quality guy. Without him, TG will no longer be TG.

All I can say is my thoughts are with the poor bloke, and I really, really hope he gets better, and we can see him flinging himself about in Bedford Rascals again before long.
