height

OP I wish that you could step into my shoes for a day just to see how little height really does matter. I could guarantee you that you'd want to swap back in less than 24 hours, and that it'd take more than 10" of height to make you stay.

Be happy dude. :)

I'm 5ft 9 and the only thing I hate is when there are so many women taller than you. It's only because they wear high heels it's an unfair advantage against us. :(

You can wear high heels or platform shoes too, the latter may make you look like a glam rocker but you go for it and assert your right to wear any footwear you choose...

Actually that's something that bugs me slightly, why do so many smart mens shoes nowadays come with a wedge of a heel - I don't need the extra height thanks all the same.

hi,

ok this is an embarrassing, but very serious thread, i expect to be mocked but any help would be appreciated.

i am a short individual, the shortest amongst my peers, and without going too much into it, i am very concious of my height.

im looking for information on where to find a specialist on human growth to get reliable information, and if anyone else has ever been in a similar situation, your experience on the situation would be appreciated.

regards

azam

LOL mate, I'm 5'5 get used to it! There's nothing wrong. Stop crying about it and get on with life :D

I'm only a little bit taller at just under 5'7, the vast majority of my friends are over 6ft so im nearly always the shortest one in the group but Its never bothered me personally.

What I hate about being tall is my center of gravity. When standing on a bus, you have to hold on tight because of balance. Smaller people don't really have this problem and are better at skiing because of it.

and squats suck being tall too.

Banging my head on things is also annoying.

Freaky tall would be ducking under doors. I'm only 6'0 but feel like thats enough.

ahh here we go lol.

im 22 years old and im 5'5.

the leg operation is a no go. like i said im looking for a point in the direction of a specialist i could talk to about the proper excersize, diet and the possibility of HGH treatment.

OK jokes aside, HGH is your only chance really, diet and exercise will make you have a better posture and make you 'look' taller but not much.

HGH is best taken while you still growing so it would have been best during you early teens, so unfortunately you might have missed the boat on that one. Of course your doctor will know better then me.

just find a shorter girl and you'll be fine. ican't see any problems wityh being short other then girls dont like it, but once you've found one girl that's shorter then you're fine and can move on thinking about being short

It's not so short, hey, you're taller than most the cast of The Big Bang theory! You wouldn't be my shortest friend, male or female.

Dunno about Stallone being 5'7", he doesn't look so short next to 6'2" Arnold, even if Arnold is stood quite relaxed. If Stallone is only 5'7" then those shoes will sort the OPs issue!

Sad to hear man, I've never had a trouble with my height as I stand at a hefty 6'1". You can get shoes nowadays though that increase your height discretely.

I'm 5' 5" and it's never bothered me.
So what if I'm on stage and I get a lot of 'Jimmy Krankie' and 'Follow the Yellow Brick Road' jokes thrown at me, I've got the louder microphone.
OP needs to mentally grow up and grow some balls.
