Yeah, I only read page 1. That'll teach me! Why do people think it's not true? It would be rather sad to make something like that up to be honest..
Theres been no report of it on the local news or even in local papers as far as im aware. Also he is clearly avoiding the thread, its been bumped up several times and he seems to go offline soon after. He's posting in other forum sections but dodging this one it seems.
Suprised people aren't posting links to this thread as replys when he posts in other sections.
Because that is thread trashing other peoples threads with off-topic stuff. If he wanted to answer this thread then he would have LONG ago... posting links in technical sections would make no difference. He has likely been reading this thread every time it's posted in just to see what people are saying now that he's been rumbled. He made up a tall tale, posted it, got the reaction he wanted... then shortly afterwards he got the reaction he didn't want and hadn't planned for. Making this thread probably seemed like such a good idea at the time...

If you've read any of his other crap, then it's very likely that he was drunk after driving his girlfriend home from the swingers club before investing the £40k he has somehow acquired.
Yeah ive noticed that a lot lately, i dunno whats going on but some of his posts ive read 2 or 3 times and still can't figure them out. I commented a few times about him being drunk while making those posts, now im starting to wonder.

And as I said, I live about 40 miles away from it, and considering It was such a heroic act - there was no mention of it or the place in any media. That and the fact he didn't know where it was (even tough it's to his work and his GF's University), and from Co. Monaghan to almost anway in Ireland / N.I there are not that many major roads.
I'm just as shocked at the amount of people that actually thought he was telling the truth though.
