I'm not sure outlawing horse poo should be the top topic working its way through Parliament.
Nope. There isn't.
I honestly don't see what the problem is with it ? Unless you're all horse owners ?
Kinda crazy it took until post #38 for somebody to point this out lol.The reason horse poop is not dangerous is because horses eat hay/straw etc.
Dog poop is made of meat etc, and this causes disease and bacteria which can be dangerous.
I'm guessing a horse rider having to get off the horse and shovel it up isn't the safest thing to do in the middle of the road, which might have something to do with it. Personally I don't think horses have any place on a road, they should have fields to roam around in if you want to own them.
I mean there were loads of people telling the OP he was wrong but now why.
So having an opinion is wrong ?
In MY opinion horse poo on the street is as disgusting as dog poo and should be made unlawful like dog poo
The fact that horse poo isn't toxic doesn't make it any less disgusting to me
Making horse owners responsible for cleaning up after their pets on a public path/road is a simple thing to implement, just like the law on dog poo was simple to put in place, I honestly don't see what the problem is with it ? Unless you're all horse owners ?
But nowhere in your OP did you prefix with "In my opinion" you stated horse poo is as bad as dog poo as if that were a fact
And now the roads are filled with 40 million vehicles. Horses would be just as happy running in a field, theres no reason for them to be on the roads today imo. They just create hold ups, danger for both vehicles and the rider and also the poop issues mentioned in this thread. You know roads where first built for horses and pedestrians right and it was cyclists that first petitioned for paved roads

Do riders actually know when the horse poo's.. A dog will stop. A horse will just keep going
