Ubuntu with the awesome gimmie running. Also the new gnome-control-centre for those that are interested.

Never seen gimmie before (Im guessing that the menu bar thing at the bottom but to me its very reminiscent of the menu bar in CDE :)

Finally got my wireless card sorted now, so I'm thinking of making the switch permanent once I've got a few nitty gritty things sorted out :p

I've just got around to trying Beryl on Ubuntu and am having great fun wobbling windows about and bending screens :) So here's one of a browser page being dragged down to reveal another browser behind it.

Woo I'm famous ;)

Also, have you seen the latest Beryl, with the video previous of the taskbar just like vista, except Beryl is more powerful than aero

Another shot from e17, using one of the suplied wallpapers - very simple and easy to use desktop, which is how I like it :)

Are there any guides around which tell you how to set-up your desktop to be like that? It looks rather funky. :)

It's the default e17 look. Have a look at a distro called eLive which uses enlightnment as it's default WM.

Cheers mate, I'll take a peek :)

Edit: Got it working, and yes, it's great \o/

/me kicks gnome out

Ubuntu, I presume?

Your desktop icons seem huge - or is it just an illusion from the screenshot?

Yeah it's Ubuntu. And the icons are that big, I like them that way ;)
