does the fan on your psu , suck air in or blow hot air out??
u dont want it the way u have it if its blowing hot air out , it will heat up all the case innards.

You need to rotate it by 90 degrees, as when you wack a fan on it (or have it passive) it needs to be in the airflow of the case fans with the largist surface area in this "wind tunnel"
