It maybe worth looking at how much your socket 939 X2 3800 is worth on a certain website.

Yes it does support that but i'd be more inclined to see what voltages it uses for the overclock

it's worth about £100-150

Pre-set profiles for 3.4/3.6 and 3.8GHz out of the box for a PhII X4 955

If you want to have a modular PSU the Antec I suggested is also decent.

With a modular PSU there is less cable mess in the case.
