Im really bad at getting up in the morning. Now im not so bad but some months ago it was winding my partner up no end.
It takes me at least an hour to fully wake up and get my head into gear. Ive cut back on coffee and tea and I dont smoke but I do get stressed out a lot and I shouldnt get like it. Ive started to wonder if its depression or something?
99% of the time I'm up before my alarm which wakes me at 515am. I'm usually bolt upright and out of bed within minutes as usually I'm dying for some food! As long as I get a good 5-6hrs sleep I'm happy as larry!
I've started to put my alarm on the other side of the room so i have to get up because it annoys me. This normally works but sometimes i either don't bother turning it off or turn it off and go back to bed.
The difficult part is getting of the bed. I usually open my eyes and turn the TV on, and just hug a pillow whilst being in a half awake half asleep state.

Some times i turn off my alarm in my sleep! And some times i turn it of still half asleep, thinking i've defused a bomb and go bad to bed :S To many game i think
