How is everyone getting on in WoW TBC?

Im in two minds whether im enjoying it or not, I have a level 70 Orc Rogue on a PvE realm but struggling to find a decent guild, im in one at the moment which is about 6 bosses into Karazhan but I dont really enjoy it there, and they have just changed their raid times to 17:30 GMT which means I cant raid with them now anyway, there doesnt seem to be any other guilds on the server that raid at a good time for me or even making any progress which seems to be a common theme on PvE realms.

So what im doing at the moment is leveling another Rogue (yes I love the class - this will be my 4th Rogue after two previous level 60's and a level 70!) on a PvP server and try the game from that perspective.

I lvl'd my Warr to lvl 67 before getting bored. just not enough variety to keep me interested. I loved Hellfire, but found subsequent areas boring.

God i must be bored as i've even resorted to having a lvl 19 twink, which is something i always thought was total ghey :o

I seem to sit in an AH buying & selling stuff most of the time, or running guild lowbies through instances.

Worth £8.95 a month....I don't think so anymore.

But unless something else comes along (like my NSR250 pictured below) i'll guess i'll carry on playing.

I've not touched the game for well over a month now due to the fact that I think it's completly boring at lvl 70. Same thing over and over, grinding rep for different factions and running instances is a yawn fest.

I chose to level my warrior over my pally first. Got to 70, was forced to spec prot, then got bored. Levelled my healadin to 70, which I finished last week and I instantly got bored. I just seem to like levelling more than high level stuff. Done bits in Kara, wiped constantly in Gruul, and it's not appealing. My 35 mage is gonna get levelled next, but I do my best to get runs for OL\MC. I want my tier 2 set for the paladin, so after I get the legs from Raggy then I'll be trying to do BWL. Will never happen. :(

I am gutted I missed end game content in Azeroth. It appeals to me so much more, especially since it's a lot easier now. I hate dying. God knows what I'd do if I played EVE.

Kara clear, Gruul DOwn, Magtheridon down, 75% of guild finished Trials of Naaru. Just waiting for the rest then Serpentshrine/The Eye here we come!

My guild is having a rough time. We have 2 bosses left in Karazhan (Nightbane and Netherspite) but we've lost so many good people since TBC came out. Pre TBC we cleared Molten Core and were starting upon BWL (first boss down). Getting 40 people on a wednesday night was not a problem.

Now we're really struggling, we're desperate for druids, priests and warlocks and people keep leaving.

I'm sure we'll clear Karazhan but we are too small to start Gruul and I dunno whats going to happen. Sucks.

Having a lot more fun than i did previously.

Before tbc my Rogue was my main at lvl 60, however since tbc i levelled a mage, which overtook my rogue and is doing instances regularly

loving it :)

Just finishing Kharazan and doing Heroics, pretty much bored now. End game is just too boring for em now :( Prefered EQ :)

As of today have cancelled my account, again. Will see how some other games are moving on.

i got a drenai shammie to 20 but thats about it so far with my higest chtr a lv35 nelf druid i havnt had a chance to go through the portal yet if anyones quitting on the arathor realm feel free to post any unwanted items/g to puretta :P

Surely the amount of WoW subs must be going down dramaticly now? With everyone leaving since TBC.

No way to really tell. Blizzard are just going to keep saying "We've reached x million subscribers!".

However they don't say how many of those are actually active accounts, personally I think it's been falling steadily since about 6-9 months after launch, maybe TBC brought a few people back but I don't think enough has been done to keep them.

WoW is still top 10 in the charts so they've got a steady supply of new users I'm mean players.

Hard to say though, there's been no new servers since TBC but at the same time the population cap was raised by about 1000 on each server.

It's been top ten for a while but it doesn't seem to be anymore, looking at a couple of charts google gives me.

That's my point, it's tapering off a bit, hence why there have been no new servers. Personally I don't think there will be any more new servers for a while, if ever. There are a fair few with the recommended tag - and they don't seem to be filling up.

Aye, but it's hard to say whether it's people leaving or the fact that they massively increased each servers population cap that's the reason.

Since TBC launched i've...

- Levelled my Hunter (which was my main in WoW) from 60-61.
- Rolled a Shaman which I levelled to 51 and got bored.
- Done both the BE and Draenei starting areas, getting bored around 20.

Now i've just let my account freeze, not sure if i'll bother renewing it. It's going to take something big to get me to go back, like an overhaul of the graphics engine or something. WoW just looks so dated now, TBC has added nothing really except a kit reset, same people same ****. :(

*sigh* if it's only graphics your worried about then go look at the latest fps.

Although WoW is a ***** game with no *real* content other than grind ....

Now level 69 with my Blood Elf Rogue, almost 70. Going to get Exalted with Aldor, get my Vindicator's Brand, then grind BG's for a while to get some PvP gear, then look for a 2v2 arena team and make a PvP movie :D
