How much exercise a week

I thought I would put this in GD because if it was in sports everyone would say lots because they all like sports. I wanted a more generalised idea.

So how much exercise do you do a week not including walking I mean more strenuous exercise like running or a sport like football. I do about 7-8 hours a week, what about you?:cool:
 
On average probably about 20 mins a day. Mix of running, weights and cycling. I've just started cycling to work which would make it 40 mins a day (20 mins there and 20 mins back), however now the cold weather is coming in i don't want to pretend that it will remain a certainty!

So yeah, probably a couple of hours a week.
 
40 minute jog/run 3-4 times a week
40 minutes biking 3-4 times a week
90 minutes tennis 3-4 times a week

Averages out to be around 10 hours a week.
 
I hit the gym about 4 hours a week and do 90 mins of Rock climbing on Thursdays.

Going to get into Rowing, hopefully soon.
 
Basketball training, twice a week, 2 hours a pop and a game every weekend. I'd be playing another game + training if I could get the time off work :(

Not including 1hour walk to and from work.

cycle to work and back (2 miles)

Also do a little bit of cardio and free weights 3 times a week. (30 mins) Only as im thin as a rake so wanted to build up a little.

Want to get into climbing as i think i'm too lazy.

So will maybe start indoor climbing once a week then when weather is nicer do hiking plus technical climbing.
