How would you spend 100k on modding/improving your current car?

I don't think I would be possible to spend more than 40k really.

To be honest I am struggling with how I could even come close to throwing £50k let alone £100k at it.

Dynavin-esque nav setup
Some kind of fancy electronically adjustable suspension that's comfortable/fun depending on my mood (and a dial obviously)
x35i motor (or supercharge the existing M54 if it won't fit) and 6 speed box. Or maybe a modern flappy setup?

now the M3 motor seems like an obvious choice, but I'm not sure if I really want the highly strung nature any more

It's a pretty daft scenario. But I'd put on a Vertex Edge widebody kit, set of posh Work wheels. LSX motor swap, bin the crap Nissan rear end in favour of one which generates traction, a BMW maybe.
 
Ship my 2014 Honda CRV to MacNeillie to have the following work done:

- Fully armoured to resist .50BMG AP
- Engine and transmission replaced to suit above
- Run-flat tyres
- Active suspension
- Military SATCOM package
- Roof mounted and driver controlled M134/MK19 GMG weapons platform

Not a clue how much it would actually cost but I'd have the very few optional extras my car didn't come with retrofitted such as:

Fridge between rear seats
Parking Camera
Adaptive Cruise Control (I only have regular set it and leave it type)
Bluetooth
Solar Panel Sunroof

I would then do a Continental GT Speed transplant consisting of

6L W12 Twin Turbo
8 Speed Transmission
Ceramic Brakes
Commission Milltek to create a new system that will use the original exhaust cut outs.

I'd add forced induction, likely a turbo. Shooting for 200bhp. (Few have been done) That would eat about £5k

Upgraded brakes £2k?
New lighter wheels and better rubber £1.5k?
Coilovers £500
The rest would have course go on fixing all the interior rattles!

i wouldn't say its that highly strung.
You can drive it without knowing I anything special if you wanted to
 
The C-Max I'd do a 3.5L Ecoboost swap. Some gold Daytons with white wall tyres. Very aggressive hydraulic suspension for that three wheel motion. A bonnet bra. Scissor doors. Hydraulic boot lid that spins 360 degrees. 4x12" JL Audio subs. Drive around everywhere playing M Beat and General Levy - Incredible.

Come at me.
 
Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo:
Forged 2.4 engine with a big GTX turbo for ~550bhp
Bigger intercooler, downpipe and exhaust for the above.
4wd conversion
Respray, and fit Limited Edition bumpers and sideskirts
Give KW/similar a lot of money for a custom suspension setup
Improve the interior a bit, new seats etc, and a cruise control system.

Then spend the remaining 70-80k on fixing things when it breaks :p
