I do :p

I take my netbook everywhere so showing off my BluRay rips on the go will be pwns and also when people see the size of the netbook and the picture quality it is outputting on a HDTV it will floor them :p

Plus, my dad got a notebook from Asus for £450 with lesser specs than the HP in this thread so there's some family competition LOL :p

After waiting around they will be ;)
the clip took 30 seconds to cue up

Still, it's impressive performance for something so small.

How do you mean by waiting around? I'll be putting a wireless N card in it, Intel's one, the same one I put in the NC10 so will save a bit more battery too due to being more power efficient!

Oh, I read that and I know it's because of the fact that they used QuickTime player which is known to be slow to begin with.

MPC-HC will do a much better job especially via internal filters and using DXVA it should load almost instantly, as instant as any other machine.

On the NC10 MPCHC loaded HD files within a few seconds, just it was almost a slideshow once loaded...

Of course, then there is the new Samsung X120, dual core, comes with Win7 Home Premium lol :)

ASUS Eee PC 1201N looks the daddy to me. N330 Dual Core, Ion, 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD, Wireless N and Windows 7, what a beast. Only problem is that I can order the HP one for £274 delivered today, bargain. No time frame or pricing for the ASUS but it doesn't take Batman to figure out it will likely be more expensive.

must . . . resist . . .
