Yeah. I can't fault SA here either. They have been pretty clear that they are frustrated too at the lack of info coming from HP.
HP usually is pretty good as well, especially from the lower level employees, just look at Reddit.
But this sounds like a typical demand/supply issue and HP has definitely dropped the ball.
Putting my half completed MBA hat on. This year has been a mess. If I was in a tech company like HP I would have actually cut forecasts due to the recession. I would not have expected a pandemic to increase demand for luxury items. It seems obvious looking back now, but production planning for this would have happened 6-12 months ago.
So this is just another 2020 cluster, albeit a small one.
