I just posted this over on HUKD

Just spoke to PCWB and they are "trying to source more stock to honour the orders from yesterday", even though they admit that they have taken payment for them.

He said the orders can be cancelled and refunds issued - but i asked the question as to why they took the money of they had no stock, to which there was no answer!!

Also seems they were not processing orders as they were received but just dealing with them as they pulled off the system.

Mine is still stuck on processing. Do you think it's worth giving them a call?
 
Yea I know. Might just leave it for now. Although, I also left my HP order (ordered on the 22nd) and that is still "in progress". Damned if I do, damned if I don't.
 
Haven't given up complete hope but I'm posting on my new HANNSpad! Actually loving this thing but I can still be tempted by some cheap touchpad madness as the dodgy link remains alive and in progress! :D
 
forget about the "dodgy" link :) see my post above - already wrote them a week ago and the reply yesterday was that it was meant only for HP employees and it's matter of time to be rejected

Every report of a cancellation yesterday I read was where the buyer had phoned up chasing his order etc...

I presume the look closely at your order and see it does not qualify and then cancel... I would levae well alone

Just phoned Insight to return my Touchpad under DSR, a very helpful lady was just chatting and she said she did not blame me and Insight themselves were selling for less the next day after my order!
