PCWB is one **** up of a brand. Just set up a business account with them on the off chance they get any more in.

- The email address from the guy I spoke to is @equanet.co.uk
- It's for a PC World Business account
- His signature says "Credit Support Senior, Dixons Retail"
- The email in his signature is @dsgibusiness.com

Sort your brand out!

HP EPP have just confirmed they will be honouring all successful orders made on 23/08 - either by way of pillaging stock held back for warranty issues or allocating returned stock from other suppliers.

So if your order is "in progress" or "back order" then you're good once the payment has been processed (my Paypal account show the payment went through yesterday).

Getting very fed up with amazon now regarding a refund for my full price touchpad bought on the 22nd. They have now sent me a link to HP's own refund program only problem is the touch pads serial number needs to have been activated before the 23rd Aug to be legible for a partial refund. Mine arrived on the 24th :(
Called Amazon again for the 5th time and as usual they say they will look in to it.
