prices on ebay are rising, like i said, supply and demand, supply has ran out, forcing prices up.

32GB now selling for £220+
16GB selling for £190+

they were £190+ and £160+ a few days ago.

Am still waiting to hear what's going to happen with my PCWB order - they charged me on Friday but my order still just says "received" ... here's hoping they are in fact trying to source more stock!

I did get a phone call from them to confirm delivery address which was fine with them so who knows!

Not quite I think. The price was lower initially before people realised prices could go higher and they swiftly did. I've been watching the 16GB almost exclusively, prices rose to a little over £200, included shipping, recent prices have tended slightly downwards imo, although there have been blips, and in fact, the price dropped on Wednesday, before rising again.

To be honest you can use their kickStaters link to pre-order one for $25 plus $15 shipping. If I get a Touchpad (will hopefully find out tomorrow) I may invest in one of these....

EDIT: Tell a lie, you can't do that anymore. Just a case of adding your name to the mailing list and see what happens I suppose.....

Kickstarter ended back in March.

The best buy deal is for full manufacturing not limited run which was kickstarter.

posted as you edited......

Any news on tomorrow? Any tips? :)

dont bother tbh, they will be all gone within 5 minutes and unless you get tipped within the first 30 seconds of them being put up, you have no chance.

unless of course they are put up with inflated prices.

also all argos employees will get any that are allocated to their stores.

Just a note for those that ordered through PCWB.
If you set up an account on the day, like myself...then the order is likley still showing processing as you didnt have an account number at the time of placing the order. Takes 24 hours before your suposed to be able to order, or so the sales staff claim.

Anyway...
I have been charged in full, yet the ref numebr does not appear on PCWB system.
I can see it when i log in, have emails with it on etc, but sales staff cant see it.

Im now having to email in with all the references, screenshots of the orders aswell as bank references etc.

Bit of a faff :(

Fantastic.

I'm assuming you have to go through all this faff just to get a refund because they don't have any stock? I better call them on my break. :(

Yeah and even if they get stock, my order isnt showing in the system.
My order ref is XXXXXXXX/unavailable.
Im assuming the unavailable bit is where my account number would go and it takes 24 hours for that to be assigned I think.

You would think though, that if you couldnt order it wouldnt let you.
Then again the one thing Im learning from trying to get a touchpad, is that online shopping/payment systems are pretty crappy!
