OK guys... point taken... no need to rub it in! :o

Not quite sure why my MM post has been moved to the "Audio & Visual" section though, but at least it does still appear to be vissible in both.

I am now seriously considering a price reduction, as I accept that is not really fair, of me to pass the effect of my mistake onto others, and I would like to be seen to be doing the right thing, as it were.

Hopefully the Guide is worth something to someone... but obviously not anywhere near as much as I paid for it!

If you do price drop, remember to leave it 24hrs!

You can do a price change when every you want, Just do not create a new post saying you have done so, just edit the price in the original post.

The "bump" <24 hour price drop is not allowed.

I nearly wet myself when reading £45 for a user guide which can easily be downloaded as a PDF and viewed on the device itself. Why would you even get a guide professionally printed.

yeah i though as much, he is trying to sell something for £45 which i can probably print out using my colour laser printer for less than £1.

it would be best to call it quits and give it away for free

its worth literally nothing, as it can be downloaded for free and easily printed out for next to nothing.

Thanks for the info.

I naturally want to stay within the rules, so am I allowed to edit my original post to say that the price has changed, providing that I do not create a new 'bumping' post?

This is the first time I have tried to sell anything on the MM, and I am obviously not going about it very well... I shall have to put it down to (in)experience, I think! :)

Yes that's fine as far as I'm aware, just no bumping price drop.

Yeah registration is closed now, employees had to register on a first come first serve basis about 2 weeks ago now I think. Although they've still got 1300 units left. Which I'm shocked as i would have thought these would have gone within days.
