Does the Android OS have a call blacklist feature out the box? If not, is there an application you can install to enable this feature?

Like diverting certain numbers to voicemail?

Out of the box yep, there's this one distant relative who talks ten miles of BS so all his calls go to voicemail

How do u enable that feature??..i have a few relatives and friends that talk utter BS as well

Are you able to go through recently recieved calls and do this?

Quite handy when you numbers you don't recognise calling.

If you view their contact card on the phone and edit it you can tick the box at the bottom

Correct! figures are saved so it keeps track after rebooting too.
