I think you were meaning.... 'You're a total idiot.'

Any reason in particular you have nothing better to do than point out somebody's bad grammar on a forum?

Grammar Nazi

Couldn't have said it better myself, brother.

How old are you? You were not involved in that, any reason you chose to get involved?

I get mad when people **** off my course. I will start on 30k a year. Thats better than most degrees can offer.

Grammar Nazi... it was the wrong word ! (oh and the bloody irony of him calling someone an idiot and making the mistake whilst doing it clearly has gone over your head!)

IIRC the record when I was looking at degrees back in 2001 was 64k a year starting salary from someone at UMIST (the uni took great pleasure in telling us)

tbh, if you start on 30k a year, fair play, but I wouldn't brag too hard about it :) depending on where you are (E.G. London) its not OMG mega bucks. Im just about to start on just over 30k, and it's going to be rather tight with the moolah ! certainly wont be running around splashing the cash randomly, i'll be putting every penny I can into saving to buy a house !

where abouts are you off to work out of interest?

To be fair you edited since i went to quote what you had said, fair enough if you start on 30k, but for many other people that wont be the case.

Jesus christ you can say the same about any degree what with 50% of people quotas. The vast majority wont get much more than school leavers.

Ok, 30k to do something i actually love doing. If you think most uni grads start on 60k you are living in a dream world.

Not sure what your point is then? Apart from bragging that you start on 30k?

to be honest, id imagine most uni grads to start on 20-24k a year if they are half good at what they are going for...

Theres lots to be said for doing a job you love, certainly prefer to earn 30k doing a job I love than 130k doing one I hate....

Are you a programmer or an artist?
If you're an artist then you would be much better suited to studying a more specific course such as "Games Art" at Teesside University.
