Yes I just meant got on top of their DRS issues altogether after Bahrain. Maybe this is a totally separate problem that they couldn't foresee though, granted.
Either way they are still culpable for ensuring that the DRS system works properly and within the confines of the regulations so as previously stated, I expect them to be punished appropriately.
First win without Mclaren?

It depends. It was the fault of the FIA's system Shanghai. Given the wording of Bauer's statement this might not be, but who's to say for now?
Button used his DRS on lap 23 and he had no one in front. So is he getting a penalty?

Button had a Marussia which pitted in front of him, after the DRS detection line.
So why have the FIA not noticed it? Or maybe the car in front at the activation zone went into the pits?
Many many reasons. He now holds the record with MSC for the most wins at this track
also he is the first brit since 55 to win in a Merc car and it was his first win for the team that Lewis (me and many more)
thought wouldn't of got in the top ten.
Lewis is emotional anyway he always has been, as soon as he talks about something close to him he chokes up. I know how that feels as I have it happen to me sometimes.
Great race none the less, Think the penalty on RG was harsh for the few cm's over the lines, We have seen others do this with nothing in the past. Also Alonso and Ferrari should have been punished I am afraid. More than the 15k they have been. In essence is may have made them slower but who knows what advantage he gained at the period in time. getting infront of somebody as they exit the pits for example.

If that happens it will be with Vettel going the other way in trade, very unlikely. Vettel would not put himself up against Alonso in equal footing, Kimi would be a no2 on performance rapidly. Alonso would not.
Vettel would be happy with Kimi because he knows he would beat him.
