Obviousky not enough or they would not have had contact

No, they contacted because Bottas got it wrong. Probably should go down as a racing incident, but a penalty for Bottas wouldn't be out of order. Just because his car is damaged does not making clumsily crashing into another driver acceptable. Daniel gave him plenty of room, and Bottas messed it up and collided with him. Fortunately it made no difference in the end.

Vettel clumsily hitting Bottas on the other hand cost Bottas at least one place, possibly two (although I think Kimi would have romped past him). Racing incident, yes, but Vettel's fault.

How can you hit someone behind when you are in front of them? Is Vettel going in reverse?

Vettel using the "as long as I stick to the racing line then hitting other cars with no room to go is fine" method, if even a nose of another car is alongside you then you have no right to cut across them even if you're just following the racing line. Using your car as a weapon to force other drivers to brake is not racing even if you have the racing line.

Once again, Vettel was in front at the corner, he looked in his mirrors earlier and there simply was not space for Bottas to try and come up the inside with Vettel ahead of him at that point. Why would Vettel not stick to the racing line especially when he was ahead?

Probably what happened was that Vettel's car robbed Bottas's of downforce and he slid into Vettal's car, this seems to be happening more and more now days. But no way was it Vettel's, or anyone's, fault. Some it seems wish to blame Vettel's driving for everything. Oh look it's raining, must be Vettels' fault ;)

Yeah Vettel had the better turn in on the previous corner and had more grip to nip in front, Bottas seemed to have not braked in time or due to lack of tire which cause him to hit into Vettel.
