Hurricane - Irma

Actually, nevermind. It's almost 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and I'm arguing with people on the internet. What the **** am I doing with my life.

Immo go grab some dinner and enjoy my Saturday evening.

Give up with them, you won't win, no matter how much common sense you post :)

Yeah, Raymond is a bit out of character, he's usually on point and I agree with most of what is says, but common sense seems to be a very alien concept to CRAZY.

Curry or Chinese? Hmmmmm.

The Miami Beach mayor is nothing but a drama queen. The people know what to do and already have do so.

Like this, Trump/Spicer needs to retract it, not CNN.

News broadcaster will quote anyone, they actually like it especially when they put out a quote that grabs attention. It's why they actually LOVE Trump since he always say things that grab attention, often for the wrong reasons.

As educated people that I know we all are, we are able to see the difference between comparisons, metaphors, and out right lie.

Doesn't change the fact that CNN could've used a different headline. What they should've done is said "stop being such a drama queen, it's a hurricane, it's got **** all to do with anything nuclear" but that's not their job and we can only dream of people being intelligent enough to do these things.

Either way, they ran with it and we had a moan, don't think there's much else to add to this really.

I think Trump might have touched Raymond when he was younger.

What has Trump got to do with CNN putting something on their newsticker?

Looking to be a terrible hurricane for all countries in its path :/

It's not even a headline, they just put up a quote for the interview. You can't criticise them for quoting, otherwise they might as well not do the interview.

This is a headline.

It was Trump who popularised the phrase "Fake News".

I think I would be fine, besides, there are less people voted for Trump than did remember? I just won't live in Virginia, I would go to New York or California. The US is a big place.

You said he wouldn't be fine because he doesn't know when to back off ??

What does wouldn't be fine mean ??

btw I shouldn't need to remind you that you live in the 5th most violent state in America ;-)
Sounds like you fit in just fine

For the last time, it was broadcast live on their TV news channel, you know the one that has probably got a good few million people watching it, i wonder how many of them now think a hurricane is like being nuked?

It was idiotic to allow it on air, and they continued using the "Nuclear Hurricane" headline well into the night, without the Mayor's help, it was their main ticker "Nuclear Hurricane" even when reporting a different news item. Is that responsible broadcasting knowing millions are viewing?

I give up if you think it is responsible broadcasting.
