personally i dont like em, i would rather just lose weight the old fasioned way, diet and exercise, i already take enough pills in a day legally.
Yes it would... but it's a lot more expensive too.Ol!ver said:So would taking that be better than the stack chong warrior listed earlier?
It's not banned it's just that companies that sell sports and health supplements aren't allowed to sell it. That's why they go around it by selling Sida Cordifolia.Ephedrine is a prescription only medicine in the UK, used in the treatment of bronchospasm (athsma) and other disorders. It is not available 'over the counter'

You can only get the Sida Cordifolia in capsule form as far as I know. The Green Tea Extract can be bought in capsule form but it's a lot more expensive than powder. I just use the powder instead of a tea-bag and drink like normal Green Tea The Taurine is only in a sort of powder form - you need to see it to understand that comment, it's like no other powder I've seen. They're strands instead of grains, looks like fibre-glass?Ol!ver said:Okey dokes, can you answer the other questions from that post?
Cheers muchly

The amounts needed are only very small, like less than half a teaspoon.
Wow they sold out of that stuff quick!!Ol!ver said:The green tea powder is out of stock at that place you listed earlier, that's the reason I ask about the capsules. It's not exactly going to break the bank, so as long as I'm not losing anything from not using the powder then I'll use the capsules?
As for the Taurine, how do you use that? Mix it with milk/water?

Have you a date for selection yet?

Take the taurine in water, fruit juice or in any sports drink about 45 - 30 mins before your workout along with your Green Tea and Sida
P.s. You never want to be drinking milk before a workout, that stuff sits in your stomach for upto 12 hours! it's very slow digesting, ideal before bedtime for a slow release of amino acids to your muscles while you sleep.
Wouldn't you risk the chance of becomming more prone to injury, pugster?
