Are you still noticing the affect? I took one this morning, felt a little warm but that's about it. I am shattered though cos I had to get up earlier than expected, so don't imagine that helps.

I got the Sida Cordifolia from the my-protein site, would imagine it's the same ?
 
Well tbh, only time will tell. I am feeling confident about it though, just keep a good diet and you can only lose weight. Exercise and thats a bonus. I've noticed extra energy - don't know if thats the Sida or not and i've lost my sweet tooth.

Haven't done any cardio yet on this though, looking forward to see results.
 
Shockingly, my best mate from university has come down for the weekend and its my other best mates birthday. They all want me to get ****** with them. I've already turned down a few pints with them for a J2O, what do I do? Is Sida safe mixed with a few drinks?

You can take the green tea whenever you want, 2-3 times a day is fine though. You can either use a very small amount of water, mix half a teaspoon with it and gulp it down as it will taste awfull, you can mix it in with your protein shake or just mix it with hot water and drink it like normal green tea. Beware it's very strong so one third of a spoon is plenty for a cup.

Only take the Taurine 45 minutes before your workout, about one third or one half of a teaspoon. It's great stuff, makes you feel like you can train forever! :)

Take one sida, with a drink containing Green Tea and taurine about 45 - 30 minutes before your workout... just keep an eye on the clock otherwise you could be in there a while ;)

never really looked at sida tbh till today, it has more or less the same chemical makeup (tho not as strong) as ephedra so if you can tolerate sida then ephedrine should cause no problems for you.
 
Do not even remember coming on OcUK last night, let alone find my way home! Haha

Well jumped on the scales to expect a disasterous result, but i've lost weight! Legend, i'm expecting it to go back up though after last night. :( ;)

Any chance of deciphering what it was you were trying to tell us last night? :D

How long do we think it'll take for the sida whatsit stuff to do anything?

I think the tablets have an effect within a couple of minutes taking them, but to see results maybe 2 or 3 days? Not too sure on this one, time will tell like I said earlier :)
 
My stuff arrived on Saturday morning and I thought i'd just chip in with my experiences so far.
Took one SC cap and 2-3g of taurine on Saturday morning, ended up driving from southampton to Birmingham that day and not doing much, had a couple of beers in the evening and had a really hard time getting to sleep, it was more my mind that was awake than feeling like I needed to be doing something physical.
Took the same this morning and came back home, had a wushu class from 6-8.30 this evening and I seemed better able to cope with it than usual, and once I started doing physical work I really felt like doing more, I just wanted to be flipping, kicking jumping non stop :)
Now the class is done I don't feel as physically tired as I usually do, and my mind doesn't feel as hyper as it did yesterday, hopefully i'll sleep better tonight. No idea how much of the above is psychosomatic but so far so good.
 
Just remember Jagen, don't take the Sida after 5pm. It has been suggested to take it when you wake up around 10am and another at around 3pm.

I've had a bit of a false start very hung over (last night out drinking though so it wont happen again), I didn't take mine today so I probably back at square one. Start again tomorrow. :)
 
I slept better but still poorly last night compared to usual. I was doing backflips at wushu last night, been a few years since i've done them and it's done nothing to stop them from being really stiff this morning :)

I think I definately read it helps to retain the muscle. Don't forget a good diet is still essential.

Some people in the OcUK chatroom take Sida too. You could always go there for any extra information if you wanted.

Only take the Taurine before you train, about 45 minutes is perfect.

Be aware that Taurine acts as a cell volumizer like Creatine but nowhere near as noticable. So make sure you drink plenty of water, more than you normally would.
