Is that how the cable should be, in view below the monitor?

I have a question, if there is Samsung due out with the same panel why are people bothering to buy the Hyundai? Basically physically it is f'ugly and Samsung have a track record with sexeh design's.

AFAIK the samsung won't have DVI, but will have 160 degree viewing angles (strange but thats what the specs show).

Odd - so in theory same panel they supply to another company to produce monitors but the one they're going to release themselves is lower spec'd by missing input DVI...

So - much cheaper or has somone at samsung gone crackers...?

Oh shush you! :p

The cable doesn't actually stick out as far as it appears in that shot, and I've moved it a little further back now. The cables can be run through there and it's easier for me to have it that way.

thank u for the pics at least someone has!!

Nice thin bezel on that, what i think is that costs are cut here because of the bad lookin base not great casing behind!

Would still try lookin at samsung due to this and really anything under16ms should be more than enuff why 8ms from the french review is not great. Apying lot more than a viewsonic or as much as a samsung and not the best of build.

hey hope u like this however has bought this as of course the most important is the screen itself which does look great.

any one know if you can wall mount this tft???
and when is the samsung due in ???

The bracket on the back when removed provides 4x VESA display bracket holes which will allow you to connect the monitor to any bracket that will wall or desk mount.

Shunt....

Had mine for a few days now. Initially it was very bright and i've been playing around with the brightness and contrast to get it how i like it. No dead pixels for me :D

Was stuck on green and was roughly 3" down and 4" from the left. Thank god a little rubbing and it's gone.

Still dead chuffed. And come on, ugly? I don't think so!

Can you tell me your exact technique for rubbing because I had a lazy pixel and tried to get it back to life and got nothing. I don't think I am doing it right. How hard do you press etc?

Just for those who think being connected through DVI has better detail than analog. Well i was currently connected through DVI and i just thought id try analog, to be honest ive not noticed a slight change in detail between the two connections. just higher refresh rates with analog, But after all refresh rates go right out the window when it comes to TFT's.;)
