To reduce or even eliminate warping, firstly, Ill assume you're using a heated bed as that makes the biggest difference. I clean the bed with rubbing alcohol/acetone before large prints to ensure the first layer has a nice clean contact, I also make sure the Bed is calibrated level to within 0.05mm, finally I make sure the Z height is set so that the first layer almost smudges into the plate.
On my Up!Plus printer i use the perforated boards which can makes print removal quite difficult but which basically removes any fear of warping.
As for filament, I try and stick to Octave or PRNT3D filaments, I've had massive success with those.
Anyone used the flexi filament? got any tips as I'm going to try some.
I've found my next printer http://zmorph3d.com/produkt/dual-head-printing-set/
Whats the most useful item vs retail cost that can be made ? Like Im imagining a belt pulley off a Ferrari, costs a couple hundred as they dont make them anymore but the printer does it for a fiver
Not used it myself, but I will add it to my list of things to review on my Youtube channel I'm working on .
As for tips, I read the slow speed, no retraction are key and using direct drive extruding is important, as the flexible filament doesn't work well with bowden set-ups, you might even need a guide on a direct drive set-up.
Also printed my first ABS print today, the 3D Benchy.

OK so the YouTube channel thing didn't go to plan, but I made a blogger instead. Check out my first filament review, any and all feedback welcome. See it here Blogger
